Information you provide
The inquiry form requests your name, email, phone, inquiry type, subject, and message. Company name is optional. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential project documents.
Purpose and delivery
Information is used to receive, assess, and respond to business inquiries. When email delivery is configured, the server sends your inquiry to info@rehlatalebtikar.com using WordPress mail and the configured email provider. The website does not maintain a separate database of inquiry messages.
Security and technical information
Hosting and email providers process technical data needed to operate their services. The form uses validation, a hidden spam field, a time-bound token and rate limiting to reduce automated abuse. A keyed hash of the requesting IP address is kept in short-lived rate-limit records. Records expire after 15 minutes and are removed during later submissions; raw IP addresses are not stored by the form application.
Retention and your requests
Inquiry emails remain in the company mailbox according to its business and record-management practices. Contact info@rehlatalebtikar.com to request access, correction, or deletion; the company will assess the request and any applicable retention obligations. A formal mailbox retention period must be approved before public launch.
